Dr.-Ing. Daniel Nerger consulting engineers is specialized on rotating equipment services for steam and gas turbines, fans, compressors, pumps, motors and gears. Mainly I offer services for machinery diagnostic, which can be used within trouble shooting issues, as predictive maintenance actions, or as preparation for a scheduled shutdown. Additional services are: consulting, analysis and optimization of your machinery, as well as support for commissioning, appraisals and investigations in case of damages.

Trouble shooting and diagnostic are mainly made by measurement of relevant operational parameters, followed by an analysis. Alternatively existing data, e. g. from a conditioning monitoring system, could be analysed. Evaluation of the data will be done according to specifications of relevant DIN, EN or ISO standards. According to the results precise correction measures and recommendations for actions are made.

My strength is the analysis of the complete machinery equipment including the periphery, e. g. piping and auxiliaries like oil systems.
